Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, delivering insightful analysis, and supporting business growth initiatives. This role demands a proactive leader who can work collaboratively with senior management and effectively guide a team of finance professionals to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with the company’s goals.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and actionable insights to support informed business decisions and enhance financial performance.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to improve their skills and overall performance.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making processes across various business units.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Strong analytical skills paired with excellent leadership and communication abilities.
