Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team and drive growth through customer acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the courier and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the courier and e-commerce logistics sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote Fine Courier Services’ international and local shipping solutions to meet customer needs.
Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and pricing based on client requirements.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communication, and deal progress.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business development efforts.
