IT Executive

We are seeking a IT Executive to join our team, updating products on social media platforms, creating engaging social media posts, and providing functional support for website. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills, creative skills, and content writing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update social media pages with fresh content regularly.
Ensure the functionality and usability of the website, providing support as needed.
Create visually appealing and engaging social media posts.
Coordinate with vendors for web-related projects and initiatives.
Provide functional support to online customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of web design and graphic design principles.
Ability to create visually appealing social media posts using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
Good Content writing skills to craft engaging captions and messages for social media posts.
Proficiency in social media marketing strategies.
Familiarity with SEO/SMO basics.
Minimum of an Intermediate degree with IT courses or equivalent practical experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
