About the Role:

As a Sales Manager in our Retail Banking division, you will lead and inspire a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets for our credit card and personal loan products. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales representatives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to enhance skills and productivity.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of credit card and personal loan products.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
