We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our services/products, and closing sales in a professional and customer-centric manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online research
Conduct sales visits and product presentations to potential clients
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide feedback and market insights to the sales manager
Follow up with clients for repeat business and referrals
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales (field or tele-sales)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and self-driven personality
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Own conveyance is a plus (for field sales roles)
