What will you do :
- You will make bookings and assist customers over the phone, email, and WhatsApp chat channels.
- Resolve problems related to reservations, wait-listing, seat selection, and upgrades as needed.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
- Respond to customer inquiries for timetables, fares, and tickets
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Experience Required :
- You must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience of working as a travel agent.
- Working experience of a GDS (e.g Travelport and Amadeus), Airline Reservations, Airline Ticket desk
Hours: Monday – Friday 1pm- 10pm
