We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Administrator to lead and manage all aspects of hospital operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of success in healthcare administration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hospital operations, including patient care, finance, human resources, and facility management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, revenue cycle, and financial performance.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and the community.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or a related field
- 2 years of experience in hospital administration
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, finances, and human resources
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
