As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office operations. This position is ideal for fresh to mid-level professionals who are organized, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. You will assist with administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and support the team in achieving organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate computers and manage basic office tasks.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Handle printer and scanner operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in day-to-day office management tasks.
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents.
  • Provide general support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
