Rock Communication is seeking motivated Frontline Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join their Final Expense campaign. This full-time, in-person role is based at their Rawalpindi office, conveniently located near Khatam-e-Nabuwat Metro Station on Main Murree Road. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs40,000 and is set to commence on July 10, 2025. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour dinner break and a 20-minute tea break, providing a balanced workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers professionally and effectively as the frontline representative of the campaign.
- Provide clear, accurate information about the Final Expense campaign to potential and existing customers.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly while following company policies and procedures.
