We are expanding and looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with a go-getter attitude to join our team. If you have a proven track record in the courier or logistics industry and a passion for growth, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the courier and logistics industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop strategies to expand our market presence and increase sales.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in business development or sales in the courier/logistics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking skills and existing connections in the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and supply chain management
