Full Stack AI/ML + Django Developer

FalconXoft is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Django and AI/ML technologies, along with solid front-end development experience. This full-time, permanent remote position offers a leadership role where the candidate will guide a growing team of developers. The ideal professional will be technically proficient, an effective communicator, and passionate about mentoring others. The role focuses on delivering intelligent, high-performance web applications that leverage advanced AI/ML capabilities to drive innovation and business value.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop intelligent web applications using Django on the backend, integrating AI/ML models to support features such as predictive analytics, classification, natural language processing (NLP), and recommendation systems. Build and maintain REST APIs and services that interact with AI/ML pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists or independently develop and deploy machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Manage data pipelines, including preprocessing, model training, and evaluation cycles. Optimize AI models for production environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Develop front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar technologies to visualize insights and enable user interaction with AI-driven features. Lead and mentor a team of at least four developers by conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and offering ongoing support. Participate actively in project planning, estimation, and delivery alongside cross-functional teams. Maintain clear and effective communication in English with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Python and the Django framework is essential. Strong practical knowledge of machine learning and deep learning, including data preprocessing, model development, and deployment, is required. A solid understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, recommendation systems, and time series forecasting is necessary. Proficiency with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, NLTK, and SpaCy is expected. Experience designing and orchestrating agentic workflows using automation platforms such as n8n or LangChain to streamline AI/ML pipelines and external API integrations is highly valued. Skilled in building large language model (LLM)-based agents and multi-step workflows involving APIs, vector databases, and real-time triggers. Experience deploying models through REST APIs or microservices is required. Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular is important. Comfortable working with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers is a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with data engineering tasks such as ETL processes, data warehousing, or data lake management is advantageous. Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, DVC, or Kubeflow is a plus. Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure ML is desirable. Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies like Kafka or Spark will be beneficial.
