Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack PHP Developer with a strong background in multiple programming languages and frameworks, especially within the ERP domain. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications, integrating new features into existing and new systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring top-quality code standards. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Garden West, Karachi, with a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications primarily using PHP and frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter. Integrate new features and enhancements into both current and upcoming web applications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new functionalities. Develop and consume APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different applications. Utilize AJAX, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and JavaScript (preferably jQuery) to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces. Apply object-oriented programming principles in PHP development to ensure scalable and maintainable code. Manage AWS infrastructure to support scalable and secure deployment of applications. Perform server management tasks using SFTP tools like Putty or similar. Use Git for version control and Jira for issue tracking and project management. Implement and maintain web services, including SOAP and REST, to integrate with other systems. Work with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, and manage web servers like Apache. Conduct thorough debugging and quality assurance to uphold high standards of code quality and application performance. Ensure effective implementation of UI/UX designs to enhance user experience. Maintain ERP-specific development and integration expertise throughout all development phases.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with PHP and frameworks including Laravel, Zend, and CodeIgniter. High proficiency in AJAX, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks, preferably jQuery. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts in PHP. Proven experience in API development and integration. Familiarity with SFTP tools such as Putty for server management. Proficient in using Git for version control and Jira or similar tools for issue tracking and project management. Extensive knowledge of web services, including SOAP and REST. Experience working with databases like MySQL and MongoDB, as well as web servers such as Apache. Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to debug and perform quality assurance on code efficiently. Prior ERP development experience is mandatory.
