Your Core Responsibilities:
1. Cold Email Outreach
- Research hostels, BnBs, hotels & property managers in Ireland
- Gather contact details: name, email, phone, website
- Send well-written, professional outreach emails
- Track all outreach in a shared Google Sheet
- Set reminders to follow up after 3, 7, and 14 days
2. Market & Idea Research
- Find new business models (partnering, co-hosting, etc.)
- Look at what competitors are doing
- Share simple ideas that could work for our setup
- Research tools, pricing models, listing strategies, etc.
3. Calendar & Inbox Support
- Update my Google Calendar with meetings, reminders
- Flag important emails for me to respond to
- Draft short replies when needed (I will review/send)
- Keep my inbox organized and clear
4. Creative & Brainstorming Support
- Organize my notes and voice messages into Google Docs
- Help turn thoughts into clear plans or documents
- Create a list of ideas and experiments to explore
- Help me stay focused with suggestions and prompts
5. Systems & Documents
Create:
- Email templates
- Simple pitch decks or info sheets
- Business offers and services summaries
- Help build a clean file & folder system
6. Weekly Summary At the end of each week:
- What did you work on
- What responses came from the outreach
- Any blockers or questions
- 2–3 suggestions for next steps
What You Will Not Do:
- No Zoom/video calls with clients or owners
- No negotiations or direct business deals
- No final decisions on finances or contracts
Tools We’ll Use:
- Google Sheets – Outreach tracking, CRM, task lists
- Gmail/Zoho Mail – Cold emailing
- Google Docs / Notion – Planning & documentation
- Google Calendar – Scheduling
