You will be responsible for leading, managing, and scaling the student recruitment and subscription drive within a designated city or state. This role is pivotal to the success of the Funding Dreams Initiative by ensuring high-performing Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s are hired, trained, and supervised to promote our student membership plans — with a focus on converting students into Dream Explorer, Dream Accelerator, or higher-tier subscription plan.
The Area Manager – Student Recruitment will serve as both a strategic leader and an operational coordinator, managing all field and digital sales initiatives to achieve monthly student subscription targets.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Team Building
- Advertise for and recruit Student Recruitment Advocate Personnels within the assigned region.
- Conduct interviews and select a minimum of 50 qualified candidates per recruitment cycle.
- Manage on boarding processes, ensuring timely submission of required documents and bank/payment details.
- Coordinate training sessions and orientation programs for new hires.
Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s Enablement
- Produce and distribute approved marketing and promotional materials for Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s.
- Direct Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s to official social media pages and digital reference materials to guide outreach efforts.
- Explain in detail the goals of the initiative, the different student membership plans (Dream Starter, Dream Explorer, Dream Accelerator, and Dream Achiever), and the direct correlation between the different subscription plans and their benefits.
- The need to recruit students for paid plans to be able to maximise their chances of being noticed by a Donor to be fully sponsored.
Performance Management
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly subscription targets to each Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s, with a focus on converting students into Dream Explorer plan or higher membership plan.
- Monitor performance daily and conduct weekly reviews.
- Receive and validate Seminar Attendance Records (names, emails, and phone numbers) from Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s, and ensure these are submitted daily to the Administrator for verification.
- Implement corrective action plans for underperforming team members.
- Develop strategies for Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s
Student Engagement & Outreach
- Liaise with student unions, campus organizations, and educational institutions to organize and promote seminars (50–75 students per session).
- Coordinate with Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s to ensure successful delivery of student information sessions.
- Drive strategic relationships that improve visibility and subscription rates among student populations.
Digital Marketing & Local Campaigns
- Lead localized digital marketing efforts to drive awareness and subscription sign-ups.
- Collaborate with the digital content team to tailor messages for social media, WhatsApp campaigns, email blasts, and influencer partnerships.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate reports on recruitment, Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s performance, and student outreach metrics.
- Ensure full compliance with Data Privacy Policies, especially regarding the collection and use of student information.
- Escalate discrepancies, data issues, or misconduct to the appropriate authority immediately.
Other Duties as Assigned
- Support national campaigns and participate in country-wide planning and training activities.
- Contribute feedback to improve student recruitment strategies and student outreach models.
- Represent the Funding Dreams Initiative at regional or institutional events when required
Performance Metrics
- Number of Student Recruitment Advocate Personnel’s recruited and retained.
- Daily and monthly student subscription conversion to Dream Explorer or a higher subscriptions plan.
- Number of successful student seminars organized.
- Accuracy and consistency in reporting and data submission.
- Growth in student outreach and engagement within the assigned area.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $2,500.00 USD per month
- Commissions:
The Employee shall be eligible for a Monthly Commissions as per below
(i)Performance Commissions for Dream Explorer:
a. Achieve monthly target (200,000 student subscriptions):
1% of total subscriptions fees received.
b. Exceed monthly target:
2.25% per additional subscription above 200,000
(ii) Performance Commissions for Dream Accelerator (Most Popular)

1% of total subscriptions fees received.
b)Exceed monthly target:
2.25% per additional subscription above 200,000
(iii) Performance Commissions for Dream Achiever
a)Achieve monthly target (200,000 student subscriptions):
1% of total subscriptions fees received.

2.25% per additional subscription above 200,000
b) There is no Commissions earned for student registrations who have registered on the Dream Starter Subscription (Free).
c) All applicable taxes or statutory deductions will be the responsibility of the Employee unless otherwise required by law in the jurisdiction of employment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in the education sector, management, field operations, or educational outreach
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to manage large teams and drive performance under deadlines
- Familiarity with student recruitment or educational campaigns is a plus
- Digital literacy and comfort with reporting tools, messaging apps, and social media platforms
