We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our tile & Sanitary products.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively engage with potential clients (architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners) to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to showcase the unique features and benefits of our tile products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
- Identify and explore new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (preferred, but freshers may apply).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of car accessories (training will be provided).
- Friendly, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
