We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our tile & Sanitary products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Actively engage with potential clients (architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and homeowners) to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to showcase the unique features and benefits of our tile products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Identify and explore new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage social media marketing activities (e.g., creating engaging content, running targeted ads).
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to foster repeat business.

Administrative:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and activity reports.
  • Assist with inventory management and showroom upkeep.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the building materials or home improvement industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proficient in using ERP software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
