We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with at least two year of experience in pharmaceutical raw materials sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with pharmaceutical companies, generating leads, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales and marketing of pharmaceutical raw materials.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain and raw material requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Prior experience in B2B pharmaceutical sales.
