We are looking for a highly skilled B2B Sales Executive to enhance our sales efforts and drive business growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to travel within Lahore and occasionally outside Lahore.Salary: Up to PKR 80,000 (Plus Commission & Bonuses)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients to promote our transformer oil / HSD products.Participate in tenders and ensure smooth documentation processes.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Effectively communicate product benefits and close sales deals.Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales & tenders (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Must own a personal mobile phone (company will provide a SIM).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Additional Notes:

  • You have a probation period of 3 months. 
  • During this time, if the company is not satisfied with your performance, it reserves the right to terminate your employment.
  • You need to make a minimum of 7 quotations daily.On each call, engage the client for 1 minute. In addition to our pitch line, engage them with different ideas to ensure the conversation stays in their mind. 
  • This will help remind the client during future calls.Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Office timing is from 9.30 AM to 5:30 PM.Saturdays are off, but you may be called in if needed for urgent work. 
  • If you need to be called in on Saturday, you will be informed on Friday to avoid any sudden issues.
  • Engaging in consumer dealings, including them gifts (on company behalf) or discussion under table or etc which are essential parts of maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
  • Focusing on your dressing and personality to make a positive impression on clients.
