As a QA Manager, you will:
- Implement and maintain our quality system according to ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
- Establish, monitor and improve quality system and processes
- Perform final inspection of products and conduct in-coming and in-process inspection as needed
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and report findings
- Issue CAPA in case of customer complaints
- Exercise document and data control and prepare certificates of conformance
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in QA department in surgical industry or 6 months of training
- Computer operating, mathematical, technical, management, statistical, and English language comprehension skills
- Self-motivation, team spirit, quick learning, good communication, and good management skills
