Pepsi Distribution required an Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the team. Must have 8-10 years of distribution experience with 2 years of team lead role.

Overall Charge of Finance Department & Stock
Responsible of timely expense submission
Responsible of cash settlement sheets and finding any discrepancies
Responsible for Margin calculation, profit and loss statements
Responsible for salaries and all admin expenses to be monitored
Reports sharing at the end of the day total sales and cash collections
Budget formation and forecasting of sales
Responsible of team management in the finance department
Responsible for receipts reconciliations
Prepare analysis on balance sheet accounts
Responsible for preparing financial statements e.g, Cash flow, bank statements, cash book, P&L Account, Trial Balance, and balance sheet.
Physical stock Reconciliation and tallying stock with shipping.
Ledger of all payments, vouchers, minute sheets to be made in time.
A close interaction with directors.
Fully cooperate with audit team from head office.
Submission of all claims
Management of team holidays and time shifts
Bank reconciliations and payments ledgers.
Stock order management and maintaining stock levels.
Responsible for all report formulation
Monitoring of Physical Stock balancing with software on daily basis
