Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
Shoud be able to lead real estate marketing team (s)
Target existing housing societies, set the targets and enusre these targets are met
Ability to close the deals
Create and run marketing campaigns and paid advertisements on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Social Media Management (create creative and attractive posts)
Design, implement, and monitor automated campaigns across email and web, and advise on how to optimize further Design and create product videos, 3D Model of different projects
Basic search optimization knowledge, including keywords and hashtags
Ability to communicate, growth strategy, campaign analysis, business challenges, and opportunities through well thought out and structured presentations
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
