The General Manager Sales - Home Appliances leads the sales organization, develops and executes sales strategies, and drives business growth for the home appliances division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage sales teams, including regional sales managers and sales representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements.
- Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the home appliances industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with sales analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of consumer electronics and home appliances.
- Certification in sales management or marketing.
- MBA or related postgraduate degree.
Work Environment:
