We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for our boiler sales company to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

  • He will primarily be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the management
  • His job roles and responsibilities are defined below for clarity.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company`s customer base and ensures its strong presence in boilers.
  • Managing the further recruiting process, if needed, objectives setting, coaching and monitoring of the performance of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and by understanding their needs better.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Please note the minimum requirements to apply for this job are below:

  • BS or diploma degree in a boiler related field.
  • Successful minimum 3 years of previous experience as a manager or assistant sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Overseeing sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
