Location: Online (Tutoring students that are in the UK)

Salary:

PKR 30,000 to 40,000 monthly, depending on experience.

A performance-based bonus of PKR 10,000 every 6 months.

With the job security (see below for more details).

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM UK time (2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Pakistan time), including a one-hour lunch break. Weekends off.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced online female tutor to provide homeschooling for two nursery-aged girls. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education, preferably with experience teaching in top English medium schools. The role requires an understanding of the UK curriculum or the willingness to research and adapt to it, ensuring the girls receive education aligned with UK standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective online lessons tailored to the UK curriculum for nursery-aged students.
Incorporate Islamic Pakistani values, religion, and manners into the curriculum, emphasizing respect for parents and elders.
Prepare lesson plans and materials that cater to the educational needs and interests of the students.
Assess and monitor the students' progress, providing feedback to encourage their development.
Be available for the scheduled tutoring sessions and maintain consistent communication with the parents regarding the children’s progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in teaching nursery or early childhood students, ideally in top English medium schools.
Familiarity with the UK curriculum or ability to conduct thorough research to ensure compliance.
Strong commitment to embedding Islamic Pakistani cultural values, ethics, and manners in teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with young children and their parents.
Ability to commit to the specified tutoring schedule and demonstrate flexibility if needed.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in any additional languages being a plus.
Must be prepared for potential visits by UK officials to ensure compliance and quality standards in homeschooling education.

Selection Process: Interested candidates will be required to conduct two one-hour demo sessions to demonstrate their teaching approach and compatibility with the students' educational needs.

Job Security : Our goal is to establish a long-term partnership with a teacher, ideally for several years. However, we understand the importance of job security. If we need to terminate the contract, we commit to providing at least two months' notice. This approach ensures that the teacher has ample time to secure alternative employment, with the assurance of continued compensation during this notice period.
