We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounts Officer to join our Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with some experience looking to build a career in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciling accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, ACCA Candidate, CA Candidate, or relevant field.
- Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Odoo or similar).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary Range
Rs. 40,000 - 50,000/-
