Define KPIs of all HODs to ensure fulfilment of company goals and objectives
To ensure performance evaluation of all HODs and engineers on monthly basis
To ensure fulfilment of production and quality targets
To assist Sr. Production Manager in achieving COP as per budgeted targets
To provide training needs assessment both, in house and external training
To develop test plan to ensure quality at each and every stage of the process
To develop acceptance of all raw materials of body, glaze and coalTo develop schemes and strategies to keep the team motivated goal oriented and promote team work
To provide technical assistance to HODs through micro-management"
To develop and implement maintenance
To ensure accurate testing to do right sizing through true assessment and innovation machines/processes
Develop SOP, of all department and ensure their implementation To keep liaison with the Chinese staff to get maximum output from them
