Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and promote tempered glass products in the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular visits to architects, contractors, builders, and industrial clients to generate business.
  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain strong ties with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, deliveries, and customer support.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in glass, building materials, or construction-related industries.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
