Responsibilities:
- Manage import operations, including sourcing suppliers, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
- Handle import documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Optimize costs by negotiating with suppliers and managing logistics expenses.
- Monitor and report on import activities, including cost analysis and delivery status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in import operations or logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
