We are seeking a proactive and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team at our office location. This role involves identifying suitable opportunities on freelance platforms, crafting tailored proposals, and managing client communications to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects via Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Draft personalized, persuasive proposals aligned with client needs.
Communicate effectively with potential clients and follow up to secure contracts.
Collaborate with the technical team to gain a clear understanding of our services.
Track and report on bidding activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of proven experience in bidding on Upwork.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Solid understanding of IT services such as web development, design, and digital marketing.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Availability to work onsite during standard business hours.
