Store Incharge

The Store Incharge position at Global Star Group plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient management and operation of retail store activities. The candidate will oversee inventory management while implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) methods effectively to maintain stock accuracy. The Store Incharge will also be responsible for training and motivating staff to ensure a positive work environment and enhance team productivity. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with labor staff in a professional manner to ensure smooth operations in the store. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in retail management and demonstrate capability in operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) along with executing best practices in inventory control. Although this position does not involve managing a team, leadership experience will be highly valuable in collaborating with individual team members, fostering growth, and maintaining high standards in store operations.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all activities align with company policies and standards.
Implement and monitor inventory management practices, utilizing FIFO and LIFO methods to enhance stock accuracy and minimize waste.
Coordinate receiving and processing of inventory shipments, ensuring timely and proper handling of stock.
Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory levels and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Train and develop retail staff on inventory procedures, customer service techniques, and sales strategies.
Foster a positive learning environment to motivate staff and encourage continuous improvement.
Maintain effective communication with team members to facilitate collaboration and optimize workflow.
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised to enhance customer experience.
Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for inventory optimization and sales growth.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
