We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Assistant & Research Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Sales and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management:
- Accurately enter and maintain data related to certifications and client information.
- Update and maintain client records in company databases.
- Analyze and interpret data for insights and reporting.
- Research & Development:
- Find contact numbers of consultants and experts on various platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify potential business opportunities and niche markets.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist with social media account management and content updates.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of motivation and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data entry and data management software.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Experience with CRM systems.
