Senior Executive – Merchandising

As a Senior Executive in Merchandising at Gloves n Gloves, you are instrumental in driving the success of the merchandising department through effective budget management, target planning, and coordination of orders. You collaborate closely with various internal departments to streamline communication regarding new orders and completion timelines, ensuring a smooth flow of operations. Your role entails utilizing your expertise in vendor negotiation and supply chain coordination to meet strategic goals, while also capitalizing on your social media management skills to promote the company's brand effectively. Although you do not manage a team, you take on significant responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the merchandising strategy.

Responsibilities

Manage and analyze the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and track expenditures effectively.
Develop and implement strategic merchandising plans that align with organizational objectives and budgetary targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates regarding new orders, ensuring that all departments are aligned on completion timelines.
Oversee the content and updates of company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences as per directives from the Head of Department.
Organize and oversee logistics for foreign business visits, ensuring all arrangements are efficiently handled to facilitate productive meetings and engagements.
Assign control numbers to new samples, along with tracking their progress for further processing, ensuring quality management throughout the sampling phase.
Complete all assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner, in accordance with organizational goals and Head of Department's instructions.
Exhibit punctuality and professionalism in all workplace interactions, thereby contributing to a positive work environment.
