We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Sales Specialist to join our team for the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling durable medical equipment and related healthcare solutions, ensuring seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and group goals.
- Ensure timely communication and support during assigned shifts.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in DME, Doctor chasing or Genetic Testing required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working night shifts 07:00 PM – 02:00 AM
Compensation:
- Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month
- Commission: Additional performance-based incentives/sale
