We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecom Sales Specialist to join our team for the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling AT&T Spectrum, DTV and other products and services, ensuring a seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively sell AT&T Spectrum services by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive sales strategies and upselling techniques.
- Stay up to date with AT&T Spectrum’s offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer details in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in Spectrum / AT&T campaign.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working night shifts 08:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
Compensation:
Salary: Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 80,000 per month
Commission: Additional performance-based incentives/sale
