We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team in the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and converting leads into paying customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our digital marketing, SaaS, and automation solutions by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Nurturing & Follow-ups: Engage with leads through consistent follow-ups, understanding their needs, and positioning our services effectively.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Convert leads into paying customers by offering tailored solutions from our digital marketing, SaaS, and automation services.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
- Proposal & Pitching: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies to potential clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain an updated record of leads, interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Required Skills:
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools is a plus.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a night shift environment.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT/Digital marketing industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
