Web Developer (WordPress /SEO)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer with a specialized focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). As a crucial member of our Web Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites while implementing SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development and a proven track record of optimizing websites for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Development:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites using Wordpress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

3. Technical SEO:

Optimize website structure, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine crawlability and indexation.
Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags.

4. Content Optimization:

Collaborate with content creators to ensure that web content is optimized for search engines.
Provide guidance on creating SEO-friendly content, including the use of relevant keywords, headers, and meta descriptions.

5. Performance Monitoring:

Regularly monitor website performance, identify issues affecting SEO, and implement solutions for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align web development and SEO efforts with overall digital marketing goals.
Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices.

Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
Proven experience as a Web Developer with a focus on SEO.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, or SEMrush.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Working Conditions:
