Management Trainee Officer - Finance

Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer. This role is designed to groom fresh graduates into future finance leaders by providing hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and corporate finance. The MTO will work closely with senior finance professionals and participate in various financial operations and projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models & reports.
Support monthly variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
Work with cross-functional teams to collect and consolidate financial data.
Monitor daily cash balances and assist in managing liquidity requirements.
Help track receivables, payables, and short-term funding needs.
Support bank reconciliations and treasury-related documentation.
Assist in monitoring departmental budgets and controlling operational expenses.
Support financial evaluation of new projects, investments, and business proposals.
Assist in financial due diligence and risk analysis for strategic decisions.
Assist in preparation of tax computations, returns, and related documentation.
Help in ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Education:ICMA,CMA,ACCA
