Description:

Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer.

This role is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, market research, brand management, content creation, and campaign execution. As an MTO, you will work closely with the senior marketing team to develop strategies, analyze market trends, and support day-to-day marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Support the creation of campaign materials, including ads, emails, social media posts, and promotional content.
Assist in managing social media platforms and engage with followers through content creation and community management.
Help monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and PPC campaigns.
Assist in creating content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
Assist in organizing events, webinars, trade shows, or promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Help track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
