Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with US GAAP.
Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, data entry, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in preparing tax filings and liaise with external auditors or tax consultants as needed.
Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
At least 3 years of direct experience with QuickBooks Online.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with US tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software/tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
