Sales Executive

We are seeing a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role is crucial in driving our sales strategy and achieving our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
