Join a dynamic and fast-paced marketing team specializing in luxury real estate branding. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming campaign concepts into visually compelling content across both digital and print media. You will develop strong visual narratives that align closely with the brand’s tone and values, taking full ownership of design projects from initial concept through to final delivery. Collaboration is key, as you will work alongside copywriters, social media managers, and videographers to brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for campaigns, events, and seasonal launches. Maintaining organized files, adhering to brand guidelines, and adapting designs for various formats will be essential. Staying current with design trends and tools will help you continuously enhance your creative output. Additionally, you will create presentation decks and internal branding materials as needed to support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media graphics, digital advertisements, print brochures, flyers, and roll-ups.
- Develop outdoor marketing materials such as billboards and hoardings.
- Create magazine advertisements, project branding elements, and on-site signage.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the brand identity and uphold high visual standards.
- Assist with UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and app mockups when applicable.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept through to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, social media managers, and videographers.
- Brainstorm and pitch innovative creative ideas for campaigns, events, and seasonal launches.
- Maintain organized working files and strictly follow brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design quality.
- Prepare presentation decks and internal branding materials as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other essential design software.
- Familiarity with CapCut or basic video editing tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Preference given to candidates residing in Clifton, DHA, or nearby areas.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
