We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our financial analysis, feasibility studies, and enterprise valuation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, corporate finance, and valuation methods, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess the performance of various companies, projects, and investment opportunities.
Perform financial feasibility studies, evaluating the viability of new projects and investments.
Create detailed financial models and forecasts to support decision-making, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
Apply various valuation methods, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis (CCA), Precedent Transaction Analysis (PTA), and other industry-specific valuation techniques.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to senior management and clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Monitor industry trends, economic data, and market conditions to provide relevant financial insights and support business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, investment, and legal teams, to gather necessary data for financial analysis.
Support the preparation of investment memorandums, pitch decks, and other client-facing materials.
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and research as required by senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA is a plus).
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling techniques, including but not limited to DCF, CCA, and PTA.
Expertise in financial feasibility analysis and conducting scenario-based projections.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling and macro functions).
Experience with financial software and databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet is a plus.
Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
Ability to think critically and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
Knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics or sector-specific valuation methods.
Familiarity with financial forecasting software or business intelligence tools.
