Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountants with expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and IAS. The ideal candidate must have experience working with US-based companies and possessstrong financial reporting, compliance, and analytical skills. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with international accounting standards, andsupporting financial decision-making for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and IAS.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting policies, and financial reporting requirements.
Provide accounting and financial advisory services to US-based clients.
Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies for financial audits and compliance matters.
Implement internal controls and recommend process improvements.
Stay updated on changes in US GAAP, IFRS, and IAS to ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and IAS.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis, and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial consulting, advisory, or Big 4 firms.
Understanding of US tax regulations and SEC reporting.
Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
