Call Center Agent

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers in the UK and US markets. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales and communication skills to drive business growth and achieve targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK and US markets
Present products/services persuasively and highlight their benefits
Qualify leads and gather relevant information from potential customers
Schedule appointments for sales representatives based on customer availability
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and appointments set
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize campaign effectiveness
Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and feedback

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call center environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems
Eligibility to work in the UK/US (if applicable)
