We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings and consultations with potential clients and supporting our sales team in achieving targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and set up meetings with the appropriate team members.
- Maintain an accurate and updated calendar of appointments.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and send reminders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their schedules and client priorities.
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.

Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: PKR 30,000 - 40,000 per month (depending on experience)
