Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited is seeking a highly skilled Chief AI Officer to lead the AI initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, with five years of progressive leadership experience in these fields. In this role, the Chief AI Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. The candidate will oversee a team of four professionals, guiding them to effectively harness AI technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of AI frameworks, as well as the ability to adapt AI solutions to changing data privacy standards and emerging threats. The Chief AI Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our AI-driven solutions not only enhance operational efficiency but also safeguard sensitive data and comply with current regulations. Together with a dedicated team, the Chief AI Officer will set the direction for intelligent applications that leverage data for improved decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
Lead the AI team in creating and implementing innovative AI solutions that drive operational efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and protect AI solutions against evolving security threats.
Continuously evaluate the performance of AI initiatives and refine strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI technologies into business processes.
Conduct data analysis and research to inform AI strategy development and its execution.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks and tools that optimize the organization's AI capabilities.
Foster a culture of innovation within the AI team through mentorship and skill development.
Act as a point of contact for all AI-related inquiries and represent the organization at industry forums and conferences.
