We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Processing Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online orders, coordinating with customers and couriers, and performing essential support tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm and process orders received through the website, updating their status to "Confirmed," "Pending," or "Cancelled" as required.
- Communicate delivery timelines to customers and address any queries related to their orders.
- Monitor and manage bookings, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely deliveries.
- Send review and feedback messages to customers post-delivery.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to keep the team updated on order processing and other key metrics.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination within the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or eCommerce operations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Urdu and basic English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Salary: PKR 30,000 - 35,000
Timings: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
