We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and create new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for achieving targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
    • Develop and maintain a database of prospects and leads.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  4. Market Research & Analysis:

    • Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company’s market position.
  5. Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Communicate client feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  6. Reporting:

    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel, if required.
