Photographer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Photographer with a passion for visual storytelling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, or a related field. This role involves planning, capturing, and editing high-quality photos for various projects, including marketing campaigns, events, and product shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Photography and Editing:
- Capture high-quality images for events, promotional materials, and digital platforms.
- Edit photos to enhance quality and ensure alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
Creative Planning:
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and develop shot concepts.
- Scout locations, select props, and prepare for shoots to achieve desired outcomes.
Equipment Management:
- Set up and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops.
- Ensure proper maintenance and handling of photography gear.
Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients or stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Provide direction to models and subjects during photoshoots to ensure optimal results.
Teamwork and Documentation:
- Collaborate with videographers, graphic designers, and marketing teams on projects.
- Organize and archive photos systematically for easy retrieval.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, Photography, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional photography experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing various types of photography (e.g., events, products, portraits).

Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and photography equipment.
Advanced knowledge of photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
