Key Responsibilities:

Lead the graphic design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with our brand identity.
Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of mediums including illustrations, branding, UI/UX, video editing, and animations.
Oversee and guide the work of junior designers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and engineering to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.
Ensure all design projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
Manage external design resources when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven international experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that showcases a strong design sense aligned with global standards.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Proficient in video editing and animation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
